Description 

MATERIAL:

Various lumpy solids and semi-solid food preparations.  Spice suspensions in oil, water slurries of artichoke, granular sugar in corn syrup, cinnamon powder in oil.

PROBLEM:

Delump slurries.  Provide smooth suspensions.

RESULTS:

 Recirculates at 10-20 gpm to agitated tank.  Gives good grinding/dispersing action.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8" grid or 1/16" grids.
