OBJECT:
Disperse powdered pectin into flavor base for blending with bottled ice tea product.
PROBLEM:
Pectin agglomerates and is difficult to disperse. After dispersion pectin requires significant shear to become fully hydrated.
SOLUTION:
Model C-1-2 Reversible Homogenizer is able to quickly draw in and wet out pectin powder utilizing the “down mode” and then quickly homogenizes a 100 gallon batch in six minutes utilizing the up-mode at full speed.
AB MIXER:
Ten (10) mixers installed at ten different locations for major bottled ice tea roll-out.
