OBJECT:	Disperse gum concentrate and dye concentrates in water for carpet dyeing paste. Finished pastes typically 500 to 15,000 cps.
PROBLEM:	Straight side of 5,000 gallon tank was 12" long requiring very long expensive mixer.
RESULT:	Using a bottom entry mixer - - installed on a flange on the tank bottom, the mixing head was placed in the correct spot for excellent mixing.
AB MIXER:	Twelve Model T-3-B. Bottom entry mixers with 25 HP in tanks with 12 foot straight sides and various diameters for volumes of 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000 gallons.
