PROBLEM:

Disperse clear concentrate to develop 15,000-25,000 cps viscosity.

RESULT:
|
Fill tank with water. Add clear concentrates-usually a paste-to water in downward (operating) mode. When complete, reverse mixer and shear in upward direction until final viscosity developed. Pump material to color (pigment) tanks or storage tanks. |
AB MIXER:

T-2 mixers sold for 55 gallon drums. T-3 for 100-500 gallon tanks and T-5 for 1,000-3,000 gallon tanks....clear concentrates made at lower viscosity than printing gums.
