PROBLEM:

Restore 7.5 Hegman by "grinding" pigment flocculates.

RESULTS:
|
Recirculated product at 20 gpm. Removed all flocculates. Provided clean 7.5 Hegman. Paint was smooth with desired gloss.

Saved .15 per gallon. Transfer of paint to grinding area not necessary providing labor, clean-up, solvent and disposal savings. |
