OBJECT:	Dispersion of Molybdenum Disulfide into: a) solvent with 12% wgt. MoS2 b) Hydrocarbon oil mix with 43% wgt. Mo2.
PROBLEM:	Provide excellent dispersion.
RESULT:	Mixer is placed into liquid, run in down-mode to prewet and predisperse MoS2. Then reversed to up-mode to complete dispersion.
AB MIXER:	User has been using CJ-4B lab mixer to produce 15 to 25 gallon batches on a continuous basis for several years due to low viscosity. Subsequently purchased C-1, 33" immersion, 5 HP, explosionproof.
EQUIPMENT REPLACED:	Propeller mixer.
