The ARDE Barinco table will have the new Model CJ-2A Reversible Homogenizing mixer http://www.arde-barinco.com/Model-CJ-2A-12-Immersion-C384.aspx. This ultra small mixer produces results that can be scaled up to full size production batches even thousands of gallons. We will also have our workhorse improved Model CJ-4E with totally enclosed fan cooled motor, totally new control box and push button Power Lift option. Finally, our high viscosity Double Helixx mixer Model DH-050 will be installed and running on a viscous gel. Technical representatives will be on hand to run these mixers for you. They will also be capable of discussing the necessary parameters that make successful scale-up possible.
Technical personnel will be available to explain an ongoing research project that we have undertaken with a new company, Lenterra, through the use of a novel totally new device that actually measures the shear stresses exerted by the high shear mixer at the wall of the stator in the rotor/stator gap. This device will promote further understanding of the phenominom of high shear emulsification and dispersion.
