MATERIAL:

10% whole soybeans in water.

PROBLEM:

Slurry grind soybeans to provide increased surface area for extraction of protein.

RESULTS:

 Recirculated soybean slurry at 20 gpm.  All particles minus 20 mesh.

AB MIXER:

Model 3 x 1.5 toothed impeller/liner, 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/4" grid.  In recirculation loop to 50 gallon tank.
BENEFITS High yield protein extration.
