OBJECT:	Provide maximum dispersion/emulsification capability for multiple ointments and creams, etc.
PROBLEM:	Took 4 hrs to make 800 liter emulsion base. Batch uniformity was poor.
RESULT:	Made 800 liter batch of emulsion base in 2 hours. Batch completely uniform.
AB MIXER:	Six C-2 Sp. L, 46" immersion, two speed motor. Special mixer mounting bracket connected to adjustable wall bracket. Permits single mixer to be used with multiple portable tanks.
EQUIPMENT REPLACED:	Turbine agitator
