NEOPRENE GRINDING

Description

MATERIAL: White Neoprene, 2″ x 1″ x 3/8″, varying shapes.

PROBLEM: Slurry grind to expose maximum surface area.

RESULT: Ground to 100% minus 1/2″ in one pass, 100% minus 1/4″ with recycling. Chunks added slowly, one at a time.

AB MIXER: Model 6 x 3, toothed impeller/liner, 10 HP, 1800 RPM, 3/8″ grid. Recirculating to tank.

BENEFITS: Small pieces have increased surface area.
