Description
OBJECT:
Disperse pigment powder in molten wax to insure a complete and uniform dispersion.
PROBLEM: Customer currently uses an agitator mixer in a 250 gallon tank in addition to a gear pump to transfer the colored wax. Customer was not getting a uniform dispersion.
RESULT:
When they use the ARDE Barinco laboratory mixer to disperse the pigment in molten wax and they develop a complete and uniform dispersion.
AB MIXER:
SOLD three C-3-1 mixers, 5-3/4″ rotor, with 45″ immersion and a 15 HP motor.
EQUIPMENT REPLACED:
Lightnin Agitator
