WATER PHASE PREPARATION FOR CREAMS AND LOTIONS
Description
OBJECT: Disperse Carbomer powders into water phase of cosmetic cream.
PROBLEM: Light powder floats on top of 200 gallon hemispherical bottom kettle.
RESULT:
Down-mode flow produces a vortex like effect that draws floating powders into the dispersion chamber.
BENEFIT:
Quickly wetting out the powder in a very short time prevents any shear damage of carbomer.
