Description
OBJECT:
Improve the production capacity of saponification reactors.
PROBLEM:
Convert batch reactor mixing of fatty acids and sodium hydroxide for forming soap continuously.
RESULTS:
Install Model 3 x 1.5 dispersion grinders and complete reaction in-line before spray cooler.
AB MIXER:
Model 3 x 1.5 Dicon
EQUIPMENT REPLACED:
Eliminate need for batch reactors increasing capacity and lowering capital cost.
