Description
OBJECT: Disperse cocoa into soy milk and Lecithin oil.
PROBLEM: Cocoa is very difficult to wet out and tends to float on top of mixing vessels.
SOLUTION: Liquids are pumped to Dispershear which is able to then pump liquid up into 500 gallon mixing tanks.
