Description
OBJECT: Wet out Xanthan Gum into water, liquid sugar, corn syrup mixture to increase viscosity of popular table syrup product.
PROBLEM: Xanthan gum agglomerates and forms small lumps which do not disperse later causing quality control problems.
SOLUTION: Model D-6000 Dispershear to continuously wet out 2.5% Xanthan Gum that is 0.5% in final product installed at three different plants above mixing tank dispensing down into 1,000 gallon turbine agitated tank.

BENEFITS: Reproducibilty of viscosity level brought to within specification and time required to disperse Xanthan Gum reduced by 75%.
