Description
OBJECT: Fruit drink “Cloud”. Enhances appearance of drink to visually have more “body”. Oil into water emulsion with Acacia gum.
PROBLEM: Prepare fine grain emulsions that will not separate and form white ring around the surface.
RESULT: Previously required 14 to 18 hours. AB mixer required two hours and 30 minutes.
AB MIXER: CJ-4B mixer and C-3-2, 60″ immersion, 20 HP, explosion proof.
