COAL SLURRY

Description
OBJECT: Disperse Guar Gum to stabilize coal slurry.
PROBLEM: Grind Guar Gum agglomerates and forms lumps. Coal slurry dispersion equipment not capable of wetting out this difficult stabilizer.
SOLUTION: Model D-1000 Dispershear in pilot plant/D-6000 in production are used to disperse Guar Gum in water. Complete dispersion is then mixed in with coal slurry.
AB MIXER: Model D-1000 Dispershear
BENEFITS: Lumps removed which could cause burner nozzle plugging. Coal slurry stabilized so that transportation and storage is possible.
