Description
MATERIAL:
Flat latex paint.
PROBLEM:
During let-down, fish eyes occured.
RESULTS:
Redispersed all fish eyes in one pass. Labor and cleaning costs of transporting bad batches in portable tanks back to the grinding area eliminated.
AB MIXER:
Model 6 x 3 toothed impeller/liner, 30 HP, 3600 RPM, 1/8″ grid. Recirculating to 1,000 gallon tank.
