Description
MATERIAL: Filter paper waste for automobile oil filters.
PROBLEM:
Waste paper is very difficult to re-pulp for re-use.
SOLUTIONS:
MEGAGRINDER first ripped and reduced large filter scrap pieces and then providing defibering of filter paper into a pulp.
AB MIXER:
Model 10 x 6 MEGAGRINDER with hydropulper.
EQUIPMENT REPLACED: Disc refiner
BENEFITS: Large pieces quickly reduced and savings of $100,000 capital cost versus new disc refiner.
