Description

OBJECT: Disperse CMC (carboxy methyl cellulose), magnesium and aluminum hydroxide into water.

PROBLEM: Solid particles tend to settle out before mixing vessel can be sent to downstream holding tank.

RESULTS: Down-mode able to sweep off any settled solids.

AB MIXER: (2) Model C-3-3 Reversible Homogenizing mixers in 2,000 gallon mix tanks.

BENEFITS: Less than one hour mix time in 2,000 gallon batches.

EQUIPMENT REPLACED: Rotostat
