Mobile heavy duty high viscosity paste mixer for 55 gallon (200 liter) batches.
Dual 1000 mm. long mixing blades (tools) containing spiral helixes intermeshing. 304 stainless steel construction. Overall diameter of mixing blades as installed 310 mm. Powered by two
speed reversible gear motor 4.8/6 KW at 125/340 RPM, 460 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase TEFC.
Separate gear motor with enclosed chain drive and "slip tensioner" turns mixing tools on 340 deg. reciprocating planetary path in drum, .12 KW, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle.
Electric lift device raises tools in and out of mixing drums. 2.8 KW, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle.
Complete electrical package included consisting of manual and automatic mode including mixing time. Limit switch senses that a drum is in place allowing mixing cycle to begin. Safety cage with automatic shut-down if any obstruction is sensed in vicinity of drum while mixing blades are lowered.
Optional versions for up to 100 gallons.
